The hotel was very good. the room was clean and beautifully designed. the staff were warm and cute. They were attentive to every detail. the lobby and restaurant areas felt luxurious. They provided a relaxing atmosphere.
i really enjoyed my stay. it took them three days to respond, and by then, they advised me to book through luxury escapes instead of matching the deal. at check-in, nothing was mentioned about my birthday, not even a 'happy birthday'

The staff were generally very helpful and respectful. tenzing welcomed us. he checked us in. He wished us love and happiness. the treatment and service we received was excellent, and i am grateful.

the tv in my room did not work. room 791 also had a broken window. it let in a lot of cold air so i was pretty uncomfortable. I think this is unacceptable.

My adore suite had modern technology. the bathroom seemed luxurious. i stretch on the lounge area instead of a bed. the seclusion felt nice. The bedroom had privacy from the lounge.
i found the gym to have limited equipment. there was a dumbbell rack, but it was missing a bench for proper use, made workouts a bit awkward.

the hotel included a twenty-five meter outdoor pool on the fifth floor. i noted there was a coles supermarket very close, near a thai restaurant. the casino building offered shops too.

strong pressurehelpful staff
The shower had AMAZING water pressure. The room included a tablet to control the lights and curtains, which i found very convenient. I used the light rail station. It offered direct access to the hotel. The staff was helpful!!!

the room was clean and styled acceptably.
The light switches were hard to see on the dark panels. the floor-to-ceiling glass windows allowed cold air into the room. It was not pleasant. the breakfast buffet required going to the adjacent casino. It was a third-rate canteen.
